Privacy Policy

Information used by the service

Account features store the email address, profile name and authentication records you provide. Passwords are handled by the authentication system as password hashes. Credit, order, support and video-task records support billing and account history. The service does not require you to provide payment-card details directly; any enabled checkout provider handles its own payment form.

Photos and videos

Photo previews remain in your browser until you request a generation. A generation uploads the selected files to the configured storage service and sends their retrieval links to Kie so MiniMax H3 can process them. Upload links are unlisted but publicly retrievable; anyone who obtains a link may be able to view the file. Do not upload sensitive, confidential or unauthorized material.

Uploaded photos are not automatically published in the example gallery. The public gallery uses separately attributed reference clips. Account history and download endpoints check the owning session, but this does not make an underlying public storage URL private.

Providers and retention

Enabled storage, AI, authentication, payment and support services may process the data needed to perform their function. Kie’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to its processing. Waffo receives the provider-bound text prompt for content screening; this check does not send the uploaded photos or generated video to Waffo. When Waffo checkout is enabled, it separately processes payment information through its hosted payment form. Files and account records may remain until removed by the operator or a configured retention policy. Automatic deletion after seven days is not currently promised.

Cookies and local storage

Essential session and language-preference cookies support login and localization. The browser may store an opaque task/request identifier to recover a generation after a reload; photos are not saved in that local-storage hint. Optional analytics or advertising operate only if configured. See the Cookie Policy.

Requests

Use the contact page for access, correction, account-removal or content-removal requests. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Do not send passwords or API credentials in support messages.
