Failed video tasks

A confirmed failed generation automatically returns its consumed credits to your account. A request that is still processing or whose provider submission is uncertain is not automatically resubmitted. Check My Work or contact support before creating another request.

One-time packs

Single, Trio and Party are one-time credit packs with no automatic renewal. Paid credits have no expiry date. Spending credits on an accepted render is separate from a payment refund.

Payment refund requests

If a payment was duplicated, charged incorrectly, or the purchased service was unavailable, open a support ticket with your order ID and a description. Eligibility depends on the payment status, unused credits, applicable consumer rights and provider rules. A fixed refund window or unconditional guarantee is not stated here.

Completed or already consumed generation credits are generally excluded from discretionary cash refunds, except where required by law or confirmed as a billing error. A payment refund may revoke associated unused credits. Approved refunds return through the original provider; processing time depends on that provider.
