Terms of Service

Review the Tip Toeing In My Jordans terms for accounts, permitted photos, one-time credit packs, AI-generated videos, and use of the service.

Last updated: 2026-10-13

Accounts and use

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information needed for your account. Do not access another user’s data, interfere with the service, bypass payment or rate limits, or misuse provider integrations.

Photos, consent and acceptable use

Upload only material you own or have permission to process. Obtain consent from identifiable people; a parent or guardian must authorize use of a child’s photograph. Do not create illegal, exploitative, sexual or abusive content, deceptive impersonation, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that violates another person’s privacy or rights.

You remain responsible for the images, captions, music and distribution you choose. Do not claim an AI-generated video is an authentic recording or an endorsement by a depicted person.

Prohibited content

These rules apply to uploads, instructions, generated results and sharing through the service:

  • Pornography and NSFW: no sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Violence and gore: no graphic injury, torture, glorification of violence or threats against people.
  • Hate: no promotion of hatred, discrimination or violence against protected groups.
  • Child safety: no child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, grooming or other child exploitation, including synthetic depictions.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation: no deceptive impersonation, fraudulent endorsements or non-consensual use of another person's likeness. Clearly disclose AI-generated media when sharing.
  • Intellectual property: no content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights. Owning an app credit pack does not grant rights to music, brands or somebody else's photographs.

Reports, review and appeals

Report a concern to support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.org. Provide the relevant URL or task ID, the reason for the report and a way to contact you. Do not attach illegal images, intimate media or unnecessary identity documents. The operator reviews reports and may request enough information to establish ownership or consent, remove affected media, restrict service access, or refer legally required matters to the relevant authority. Reports do not automatically forfeit all purchased credits; applicable refund and consumer rights remain in force.

Response timelines: We first review a content report within 2 business days of receipt. Within 5 business days of receipt, we take appropriate initial action and inform the reporter of the outcome, or request the additional information needed to assess the report. Initial action may include removing or restricting affected media, suspending the relevant generation or account access, or explaining why no violation was found. We prioritize reports involving child safety, credible threats or non-consensual intimate content and may restrict affected content while reviewing it. If a complex case needs more time, we send a progress update within the same 5-business-day period with the reason, any interim protective measures and a specific date for the next update. These are initial review and action commitments; a complex investigation may take longer to conclude. Business days are Monday through Friday, measured in UTC.

If you believe a decision is mistaken, reply to the same support address with the relevant ID and explanation for an appeal. Reports and account data are handled under the Privacy Policy.

The service uses a fixed video preset, authenticated requests and file validation. Before a new generation starts, the actual text prompt sent to the video model is checked by Waffo's prompt-screening service; only an approved result proceeds. A rejected, uncertain or unavailable check does not consume generation credits or start the video job. This text check does not screen uploaded photographs or output videos, verify age or identity, or guarantee that all prohibited media is detected. The AI provider may also reject requests under its own safety rules. Do not use the service for any prohibited purpose.

AI output and rights

Generated videos can vary in identity, motion, sound and final appearance. No exact replication, original-song license or particular creative result is guaranteed. Add licensed music through your platform or obtain your own permissions. Public examples belong to their original creators and are provided with attribution to explain the trend.

The site is independent and is not affiliated with Nike, Jordan Brand, Riff Raff or sample creators. Product and model names identify the subject or integration; they do not imply an endorsement.

Credits and payments

The public catalog offers Single, Trio and Party one-time packs. There is no automatic renewal. Each preset generation uses 100 app credits; paid pack credits do not expire. A confirmed generation failure returns consumed credits. Uncertain submissions remain tracked rather than being silently retried. Payment refunds follow the Refund Policy and applicable rights.

Availability and changes

Creation and checkout depend on configured providers and may be unavailable during setup or interruptions. Do not submit repeated generation requests while one is unresolved. Material product or price changes apply to future purchases; applicable legal rights are preserved.

Questions and removal

Use Contact for account, billing or content-removal questions. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
